El Paso Country Club

Club de Campo en El Paso

Esta imajen muestra el edificio de Club de Campo en El Paso en la década de 1920. La Club de Campo en El Paso fue fundada en 1906, la visión de once hombres que compatrian un amor por el golf y una necesidad de camaradería. El club se inició formalmente en Junio 1, 1906 como un campo de golf de nueve hoyos. Las calles eran lo que hoy sería considerada "peligrosa" y los verde estaban hechas de arena compactada. El club se trasladó a su ubicación actual en el exuberante valle del Alto de El Paso en 1922, después de un regalo de la tierra del señor Zack T. White. Durante los próximos 106 años el club crecerá para incluir el tenis, la natación y la buena mesa para sus miembros de disfrutar y desarrolló su reputación como uno de los mejores clubes de campo en el suroeste con un campo de golf.
