La imagen muestra a la novia Feliciana Loya Heredia en un hermoso vestido de novia. La foto fue tomada en 1949 por el estudio de la fotografía Casasola. El estudio era una institución popular en El Paso, donde muchos habitantes de El Paso fueron a tomar sus fotos, en particular para ocasiones especiales como bodas o graduaciones. Alfonso Casasola, miembro de una conocida familia de fotógrafos mexicanos, llegó a El Paso en la década de 1920 después de varios años en el servicio consular mexicana. Él estableció el Estudio Casasola (también conocido por su nombre en español, Estudio Casasola) en 511 de la calle S. El Paso y estuvo activo en muchas organizaciones cívicas. Murió el 17 de febrero de 1948 de la edad de 59 años, pero su esposa, Emma Flores Casasola, continuó el estudio durante muchos años.
