Joseph Magoffin
Joseph Magoffin, alcalde de El Paso y líder cívico, nació en Chihuahua, México. Ocupó el cargo de alcalde por cuatro términos y también fue juez del condado. En 1856, se unió a su padre en el área actual de El Paso, Texas, donde el mayor de los Magoffin se había establecido luego de la Guerra mexicana. Los Magoffin eran militantes partidarios de la secesión.

Outstanding. Iwalk past it everyday!
I went to their home a couple of Sundays ago and I was mesmerized by the history reflected through each room. Not to mentiom the delicate attention to detail on the furniture from back then.
