Pastel de tres reyes
El pastel de tres reyes (o pan) está estrechamente relacionado con las tradiciones alrededor de la Epifanía (6 de enero). Esta fecha conmemora la visita que los Tres Reyes Magos hicieron al niño Jesús en Belén. En México, es un día festivo de dar regalos. La tradición afirma que este pan se sirve, adornado con las "joyas" de frutas y nueces. Por lo general, una pequeña muñeca de arcilla o porcelana se cuece en el interior.
