Jonathan Rogers
Jonathan Rogers fue presidente municipal de El Paso durante cuatro periodos continuos, también fue el fundador, miembro del consejo y director ejecutivo de Bank of the West. Rogers fue graduado de la escuela de administración de la universidad de Yale en 1950, fue condiscípulo del presidente George Bush (padre), Rogers practicó y compitió en atletismo representando a la Universidad de Yale, destacando en saltos de vallas.
