La tienda departamental "La Popular" fundada por Adolph Schwartz, se mantuvo en la familia desde 1902 hasta que cerró sus puertas en 1995. El edificio fue originalmente el Masonic un Lodge 130--utilizando la planta baja hasta Adolph Schwartz compró el edificio y ampliado.
