Inducted in 2019 1997 District MVP and El Paso High School Player of the Year for Socorro High School with a .463 BA, 6 HR, 20 RBI and 6-1 pitching record with a 1.46 ERA Selected to play in Area Code Games with the Arizona Diamondbacks 1998 El Paso High School MVP and First Team All State with a 13-2 record, 1.68 ERA and 173 K’s Drafted by the Texas Rangers Signed with Grayson JC who he pitched to 2 consecutive National Championships earning Most Valuable Pitcher both years Signed with the University of Texas and posted 7-5 record with a 2.67 ERA, 95 K’s, only 9 BB and 2 saves Signed with the San Francisco Giants Won a championship in Short Season “A” ball with Salem Keizer Played in Arizona Fall League Earned ROLAIDS Relief Pitcher in back-to-back months in the Eastern League with the Norwich Navigators Pitched for the El Paso Diablos in 2009 under fellow El Paso Baseball Hall of Famer Butch Henry Finished his career in Mexico for Liga Norte and Sonora with Algodoneros de San Luis and Freserso de San Quintin
