Manuel Oliver Cries Outside of Las Americas
Manuel Oliver, who lost his son in a school shooting in Parkland, Florida, painted a mural at Las Americas Immigrant Advocacy Center comparing gun violence to the treatment of migrants arriving at the US Mexico border, on the day of a mass shooting at Walmart in El Paso, Texas. Here he breaks down in tears in front of his mural. August 4, 2019.
