Dedicación de la estatua del calvario
Ceremonia de dedicación de la estatua del calvario por el general Brees. Se leyó una carta del presidente y masón Franklin D. Roosevelt, "debería inspirar a todos los que la ven con la determinación de preservar la herencia que es suya a través de los sacrificios de sus antepasados". La estatua fue posible gracias a la voluntad de Percival Henderson, en memoria de su amigo. También simbolizaba las dificultades que los primeros colonos del suroeste, y el calvario soportaron. La estatua está situada frente al Rito Escocés de El Paso y sigue siéndolo hasta hoy. El Paso Lodge # 130 A.F. & A.M. está al fondo. El templo fue construido por Trost & Trost y tenía cinco pisos.
