Futbol americano de UTEP

El Sun Bowl fue construido en 1963 con la capacidad de aproximadamente 30,000. Fue renovado en 1982 con la expandible capacidad de 52,000. Tiene 18 puestos de comida y aproximadamente 7,900 estacionamientos que lo rodean. Además de fútbol americano ha sido anfitrión de presentaciones de los Rolling Stones, U2, Pink Floyd, Ricky Martin, Pace Motor Sports Monster Trucks, dos partidos especiales de los Dallas Cowboys y un combate de boxeo presentando a Óscar De La Hoya.

Bridge to Juarez in top right corner. Border Highway later included in Loop 375. Providence Memorial Hospital middle of left edge. By 2020 triangle in middle of UTEP campus totally changed landscape of campus.
