March is Women's History Month annually in the USA. A former student of Lois , Cathy Dunn wrote "Dr. Lois Marchino introduced hundreds of UTEP students to Women's History and Literature. In her English classes, she offered a lively mix of authors and styles, from Jane Austen's Emma to Sarah Partetsky's detective, V. I Warshawski.
