Inducted as part of the 2012 El Paso Baseball Hall of Fame Silver Anniversary Class Served our country with the United States Army for 26 years In 1984, he started research and compiled a comprehensive list of the all-time El Paso Sun Kings and Diablos from 1961-1983 In 1991, he began a list of all baseball players who have resided in El Paso His attention to detail and multi-task abilities launched him from volunteer, to part time to full time duty with the El Paso Community College Athletic Department He has served on the Board of Directors for the Hall of Fame since 2001 Been elected Secretary on the Board as well as Vice President Serves as coordinator for the El Paso Baseball Hall of Fame annual Banquet Program Continues to elevate the annual Banquet program with a comprehensive listing of all the Major League baseball players who have resided in El Paso and an annual listing of all known El Paso high school players playing collegiately
