Three artist Grave Tahk Herrera-lead curator and artist Gems Navarro and Dekan Ortega Covered the bus during Chalk The Block' 4th annual event downtown in 2011. " Border Youth" was chosen with the imagery of a young lady as the rendering design for this project to celebrate the spirit of our City's youth and vibrant culture.
