El Paso Rock and Roll 1950-1970, an EP Museum of History Exhibit

I love this. A Telefunken (is that a great name?), model Magnetonhon 76 reel to reel tape recorder with authentic tape running. There is also a manual next to it.

An old Mercury phonograph, probably mono because there is only one speaker. It was made in Holland. The 45 on the table is an old Capital Records 45 RPM record. RPM stands for Revolutions per miunte. The number 45 is how many time the recod spun on the turntabl in one minutee. Get it?

Steve Crosno is a very famous El Paso DJ. That may be his microphone in the case. He died an early death, but ran the most popular show in town for many years.
