Cunningham printed by Texas Western Press p. 119 says Teddy Roosevelt arrived early in the morning and had breakfast with members of Chamber of Commerce in Toltec Building in El Paso, TX. Same source p. 159 reports that El Paso Woman's Club ,embers circa 1915 served as hostesses for ladies of the Press Assn. Convention in June.
