Last name needs correct spelling VallAdolid. She was pivotal in bringing Adelante Mujer Hispana conference to our city. She is a member of El Paso Women's Hall of Fame.

March is Women's History Month. Skip helped me produce the first El Paso Women's History Coloring Book. She and hubby produced Ft. Bliss Monitor, newspaper.

Mary Yanez - 1980

Mary Yanez was staff at El Paso Community College's print shop. She was active in LULAC. In later years she hosted a TV program to meet the needs of senior citizens in El Paso, Texas. The TV show was titled Mature Living Mary is member of El Paso Women's Hall of Fame.

Symphony Assn was started in 1931. Conductor was H. Arthur Brown. Dorrance D. Roderick, was president, Sam D. Young was treasurer. All other officers were members El Paso Woman's Club like Kate Moore Brown, Miss Mary Morgan, Mrs. O.F. Metz, Mrs. Hugh S. Shannon, and Mrs. Maurice Schwartz chairman of the patrons. According to ISBN 0-87404-061-2 p. 194-195
