Dudley Elementary School

In May 1948, Hecto Holguin Jr was in the last graduation class of Dudley Elementary School, which was located at the entrance to Kern Place in northwest El Paso. In 1949, Dudley became the new Mesita Elementary School at nearby Stanton Street. Hector and Rosario's four daughters graduated from Mesita Elementary.

El Paso High School

El Paso High School was the first high school in El Paso. Hector's father Hector Trinidad was part of the first graduating class. Hector Jr. graduated in 1953. All of Hector Trinidad's grandchildren are El Paso High graduates. EPHS was designed by renowned Architect Henry Trost.
