"Acquacerno"
The sculpture is called "Acquacerno" or "Downpour". It was installed at the U.S. end of the international bridge just off Santa Fe and was made by the world-renown Mexican sculptor known as Sebastian, whose real name is Enrique Carbajal González. He is best known for his monumental works of steel and concrete.
