Samuel Cleavenger Sr.

Samuel Cleavenger was the father of Franklin Lee Cleavenger, who was superintendent of the Compañía Telefónica de Chihuahua. Samuel Cleavenger had been a resident of El Paso for 60 years and was a businessman. The image captures him in a uniform, possibly from a social or fraternal organization.
