This building designed by Garland and Hills/Fisher Cordova Partners is at 500 East San Antonio Ave. in downtown El Paso, TX. Building was completed in 1991. It is the third courthouse at this location and the seventh since 1850. On entering, you will see the Lady Justice statue that once adorned the 1886 El Paso County Courthouse at this location. Statue was installed in 2014. Interior mural by Carlos Callejo is entitled " Our History" and features 50 people important to development of El Paso County.
