The El Paso County Medical Society (EPCMS) was established in 1898, with a membership of approximately 800 physicians, residents, and medical students. It is the professional organization for physicians in El Paso County. The Executive Board is the governing body of the EPCMS. The business office is on 1301 Montana Ave.

The Auxiliary of El Paso County Medical Society was organized by a Woman's Club member on March 22, 1922. Twenty seven of sixty-seven charter members were Womaman's Club members. Twenty one of the fifty-four presidents of the Auxiliary were Woman's Club members. See p. 233, ISBN0-87-404-061-2 .
This society has existed in El Paso, TX since 1898.
