El Paso Desert Botanical Garden at Keystone Heritage Park
El Paso Desert Botanical Garden at Keystone Heritage Park The Junior League of El Paso Inc. will oversee operations and maintenance at the Desert Garden at Keystone Heritage Park. JLEP will establish and coordinate an auxiliary of volunteers for the garden, coordinate and develop educational programs for children as well as special events. The grand opening on Saturday January 8, 2005 hosted over 400 visitors.
