"Tlahtolli" - A gift from Mexico to UTEP for its 100 years

The People of Mexico recognize the work carried out by UTEP in educating thousands of Mexican students and presented the sculpture “Esfera Cuantica Tlahtolli”, by Mexican master artist Sebastian, as a token of friendship to commemorate UTEP’s centennial – September 10th, 2014 at UTEP Picture from left to right: Mexican sculptor Sebastian; Dr. Diana Natalicio, UTEP President; Eduardo Medina Mora, Ambassador of Mexico to the US; and Jacob Prado, Consul General of Mexico – El Paso.
