The picture shows the actress Inger Stevens during the presidential campaign of Hubert Humphrey. He and his entourage spoke at El Paso International Airport on October 23, 1968. Humphrey carried El Paso by over 1700 votes, but the republican candidate Richard Nixon won the election.
