His long sleeve shirt is teal with three long black stripes along his chest. There is a dangling sash around his arms and head. He wears a red belt with white bottoms with feathers and motifs. Along with shoes that are teal with fluffy tops around his ankles. Red beads adorn the tops of them. There are groups of people behind him watching attentively.
