Employed at Fort Bliss, Texas as an accounting technician in the Finance and Accounting Office. Has twenty-five years of Federal Civil Service. She is the mother of one child, Lewellyn C. Cox who also attended Douglass School. "Tweet", as Mrs. Brown is called is a member of Friendship Baptist Church, past president of the Missionary Society, secretary of the Senior Choir and the Church Clerk.
