El Paso High School

The image shows El Paso High School, the oldest operating High School in El Paso. Built by the architectural firm of Trost & Trost in 1916, the Greco-Roman features of El Paso High made it a unique landmark in town. The School is also called "the Lady on the Hill". On November 17, 1980, El Paso High officially became a historic landmark by being included in the the National Register of Historic Places.
