El Paso Streetcar Engineers

El Paso Streetcar: Stephanie Maltby is one of more than a dozen engineers who worked on the El Paso Streetcar project, working for AECOM, the firm which designed and helped oversee construction of the El Paso Streetcar project. Maltby's previous experience includes 30 years working in private consulting and government.
