Inducted in 2019 Active in Baseball for 46 years from Little League in 1968 through high school, college, Semi-Pro and Old Timers Leagues 1976 All District shortstop for Ysleta High School with .371 BA 1977 All City and All District shortstop with .362 BA Earned baseball scholarship to Hill JC where he earned a spot as a starting pitcher both years Earned baseball scholarship to NAIA college power Dallas Baptist College where he earned a spot as a Closer and spot starter In 1981, he combined as the closer to a no-hitter in a 1-0 shutout of Rice Played in Juarez after college an was a member of 6 league championship team and 8 All Star selections Played in Lower Valley Semi-Pro league as a Player/Coach winning 3 League Championships under his leadership for 3 years with MVP selection and 2X Manager of the Year honors Finished his career in the Lower Valley Old Timers League in 2013 Image Description: A man is posed in a ¾ view in the center of this black and white photograph.
