Inducted in 2019 3X All City and All District second baseman at Austin High School (1972-1974) Earned scholarship to play for Andy & Syd Cohen at UTEP 4 year starter as a second baseman Earned All-Conference and All-WAC First Team Infield Honors in 1979 Earned degree in Biology from UTEP Earned a Doctor of Dentistry degree in 1983 at the University of Southern California Joined United States Public Health Service as a Dental Officer and retired with the rank of Captain Honored by UTEP in 2010 as a distinguished UTEP Alumnus
