Pasos Urbanos: A Photographic Narrative of Borderlands Downtown Culture is a juried exhibition. The focus of the exhibit is our vibrant downtown life as well as the new developments happening on both sides of the Mexico-United States border. Depicted is both documentation of urban life in both El Paso and Juarez. This includes the bustle of the everyday, the color and joy of local downtown events and festivals, and the celebrated architecture that makes “el centro” a unique and thriving hub of cultural heritage.
