This Idea came to birth after both these companies went to watch Jennifer Han fight for the intercontinental belt in early 2015. After the fight Rico Velez, April Balcorta, Xavier Vazquez, and Roman Robles went to the Chicos Tacos on dyer for dinner, When April Balcorta preposed the idea of making the IBF title fight a reality in El Paso. The irony of the story is Jennifer Han ate at that same Chicos Tacos early that night with her family to celebrate her win.
