El Paso Community College (EPCC) held, as part of its 50th Anniversary Celebration, its Spring Commencement Exercises on Friday, May 17, 2019 at the University of Texas at El Paso Don Haskins Center. A total of 1,959 associate degrees and certificates were awarded during two ceremonies.

The commencement speaker was Dr. Belle Wheelan who currently serves as President of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges and the Master of Ceremonies was Dr. William Serrata, EPCC President.
