15 APR 1948 - MAKES A DIFFERENCE - City, police, and El Paso Electric Co. officials took part in a ceremony Wednesday night at Piedras Street and Alameda Avenue, when the one lighting system went into service. FitzGerald; Alderman Jules Carlin, and W.V. Holik, electric company vice-president.
